About Life Coaching


What is Life Coaching?

Whereas counselling seeks to heal psychological or emotional issues, coaching can be seen as a way to optimise your life from a more stable ground.

Life coaching is a highly practice and portable skill that can be tailored to suit your needs. I will encourage and enable you to identify your personal challenges, dreams and goals and work alongside you to help support and achieve those aspirations.

People come to see me because they have found themselves at a crossroads – either by choice or circumstance – they may feel unfulfilled, dissatisfied, stuck, lost direction or are unsure of their future.


What to expect in our first consultation:
Life coaching is not about the past; it does not dwell on what has happened or why it happened, and thus, life coaching is NOT therapy.

The initial consultation will last around 1.5 to 2 hours, during this time I will be gathering information about you and your life so far, what you want to achieve and how we are going to work towards those goals. We will meet on a monthly basis with brief updates in-between, to check how things are going. I will also discuss practicalities such as when you are available for appointments and the boundaries governing our therapeutic relationship.


I offer packages for life coaching because the reality is change doesn’t happen overnight; you will need to work towards achieving your goals, with the knowledge that support is in place each step of the way to keep you moving in the right direction.
